Actually I have recently ordered Dizo watch 2 from flipkart which was a open box delivery (Order ID OD328038265936170100). Now at the time of delivering the product I wasn’t available at home. The product colour was white strap and dial was of golden as per the image. Now what I got is white strap but the dial colour is blue. Now as my family members are aged they was unaware of that and I asked the delivery guy to come later over phone that because I was worried that after taking the product if any problem arises then will flipkart accept it or not. He assured me that in case of any problem flipkart will accept the return. So I have taken that product. Now after coming home I have seen that colour issue. Along with that have seen that battery is getting finished within 30mins and there are few dents also in the body on minute observation one can notice that. As my parents are more than 70+ years old naturally they haven’t seen that. Now regarding that when I complained flipkart they have taken it. In the meantime I have contacted the brand as well for the colour issue. Regarding the colour and dent issue brand clearly rejected and asked to contact flipkart. And regarding the battery issue they are asking to wait or contact flipkart in this 7 days return period. They clearly told they will not touch it within this period. Now the complaint I have raised in flipkart they closed that without doing anything. Nobody contacted me. Now what kind of scam is this? My mobile number is 8961610503
