Consumer purchased 2 product from above online company but due to wrong product issue consumer requested for return the same. Meesho has not picked up the products yet even they have cancelled the return request 12 times and pick up boy has not picked up the product and returned. Consumer several times contacted to Meesho and explained the deficiency of courier boy but they have not done needful and frequently delaying for collecting the product.
Expectation: Consumer wants to return the product and refund the amount.
