I have made a purchase from essentialsme.com web site of beats solo wireless headphones and gear s3 smart watch for which i paid Rs. 1799/- but they sent me some 2 set of cheap headphones which are not even worth Rs. 200/-, why there is no rules and regulations for websites where people sell goods and cheat people of their hard earned money, i request you to please look into the matter as i demand full refund

I just got saved reading your reviews. In the name of bose headphones they supply cheap products and then there is no way to contact this money. I am writing this to enlighten consumers that please don’t fall into this essentialsme. Even if you have ordered by mistake ignore the parcel.The authorities should find out where the money is going finally so that this fraudsters can be taught a lesson.
