There was an offer going on the website DEAL2K19. So i’ve ordered a Combo of Wireless headset of SONY of Rs. 1599/-. I received the parcel yesterday date 11.02.2019 and the product is no where close to my order. They’ve sent me a cheap speaker of UBL Company with wire only 1 item instead of combo, and i paid cash Rs.1,599/- for the product.
When today I am searching their website there is no any website on Google search. I also tried to call customer care number but it has found switched off. This is clear fraud. I’d request you to please take an action against them and get our money back. I paid Rs. 1,599/- and its not a small amount. Please do take an action and respond back to me quickly.
