On 6-02-2020 I had booked a product JBL Boom Box (Portable blue tooth speaker) of Rs. 1799 through The Big Mall shopping site displayed on Facebook Page. I had received a call from this no. 8929622921 for order confirmation on the same date.
On 09-02-2020 I had received a product a local blue tooth speaker TG113.
All the mail id and phone nos provided in the website is wrong. I am unable to connect them to refund or replace my product.
