Last time we had already paid our electricity bill of 1672 rs, and we have proof of that since it was a online transaction, but this new electricity bill is showing that your last month bill of 1672 rupees is due. And now it’s adding both the amount of money, which is 1003+1672= 2675.
How can we pay same amount of money twice?
Please solve it ASAP.
