Dear sir,
I recharched in my airtel no. 9633893471 through my airtel app for RS. 399/- (1.4gb per day for84 days) at time of payment received RS 50/- cash back. But i have getting a wrong unlimitted pack that is 349 – 3gb&100 sms per day for 28 days. I contacted with airtel customer care but they said we cannot do anything .
So i want to receive compensation fo this wrong pack activation.
