Today, as I was reviewing my CBILL report, I came across an unexpected discovery. I noticed that an account had been added under a different category, with a sanctioned amount of 43,146. Interestingly, I have no record of creating this account myself. In fact, this is the first time I’ve encountered the name of the company associated with this account.
I am concerned about the potential impact on my CIBIL report, particularly how it might reflect an active account that I did not initiate. I am keen on taking action to rectify this situation. My intention is to file a formal complaint and request the removal of this erroneous account from my CIBIL report, along with any adverse effects it might have on my CIBIL score.
Furthermore, I believe I am entitled to compensation amounting to 50,000/- from Transactree Technologies Private Limited. The reason for this claim is that the company has provided inaccurate information to CIBIL, leading to a detrimental effect on my overall financial profile. As a result of this misinformation, I am encountering difficulties when attempting to secure loans from other financial institutions. It is my firm belief that seeking compensation is a justifiable course of action, given the negative consequences I am facing due to this situation.
