Hi,
I have ordered a 2 Ton AC, however I have received a AC of 1.5 Ton which is completely different Model, when I tried to apply for Return the Return option was disabled (Mobile and Desktop).
So, multiple tickets were raised by your ticket but all are showing as resolved and your team is asking me to visit the Service Center for Replacement. Why would Service Center replace it when I have received a different model and I have not opened the Box yet.
Nobody is ready to help and its more than 6 Days and I am left with one more day to apply for Return otherwise I know you will step back and will not accept the return.
But dont worry, I will not stop my grievance because you have charged by 50,000/- and this is something not very professional in your terms.

This is firstly to inform you that your Chat Support team is one of the Illiterate support staffs I have ever came across. I am into Service Industry from last 8 Years in various positions including Quality but have not seen this type of incompetent response from anyone.
1. They are not ready to call2. They dont see previous chat3. They dont respond to the exact query asked4. When they feel they dont have answer they just disconnect the chat
I have interacted today (Sunday) with your chat support staffs Tarapti, Shilpa, Sonia, Nitish & Shubham and all where one of their own kind. Someone is transferring the chat with other person and some say I will get call in 24 Hours or 4 Hours but none has called me.
This is extremely, one of the Worlds Worst Customer Support I have came across in my lifetime.
If this product is not taken from my place then I will be forced to file a complaint at Consumer Forum and will file for Refund and ask for compensation along with a refund @6% interest rate.
