@ Manju Still i did not received any reply from your end and also from other peoples. As discussed with your branch manager.

On 12/04/2021, I went to nearest branch in hubli, As discussed with Mr. Manju Naik, Mrs.Geeta and also with BM Mr.Ningaraj, as he told that we will talk with respective people with credit card team for regarding statement till date and refund the amount how much is possible  ASAP. Kindly do the need full.

Already I have been explained as background details in my previous mail about credit card used and what was credit limit, how much used and how much was outstanding amount

Please can you clarify that if you have any proof or evidence like statement

What was credit limit amount

In that How much amount I have used

What was outstanding amount after paid amount of 15230

Why didn’t closed by bank person, who was debit and collected amount

Have you statement from Jan 2017 to till date

If you had, Did bank shared statement to me by mail after debit amount

When credit card was expired date and year

Is there any RBI rules to put charge even after card expired date and year jun 2019

How dare you were put charge for expiry card

On Aug 2017 the amount of 11030 debited directly from my account to credit card and also I paid by cash 4200 for closure

As per recently logined, when new was opened, it was on 04 may 2020 it was amount 40729.00

How did it has been increased double amount within 10 months as on 25 Jan 2021

Many times I followed up for NOC letter with bank but no response from bank, same I have explained to every one, whoever’s called to me.

If you don’t have any answer for above question

I request you that refund the amount how much is possible from debited amount 57492.

Or not possible to refund my amount

Share the statement or if you have any evidence for that much usage

I’ll go for legal action on bank and whoever’s involved

I could tried many times to customer Care and this contact No. 08067139277 but still no response from bank side.

Still amount not received from your bank and also no response from respective peoples. Many times I tried to customer care as they said still nobody called back to me

@ Julie @ sathish @ satyanarayana @ Pavithira On 27/03/2021, Mrs.Pavithira called to me and I explained all details from beginning to till date, what was happened to my credit card for closure. And also i told her, already i spoken with Mr.Sathish by con call Mr.Manju Naik.

She told me that only half amount shall be possible to refund  to your account-1342 on Monday. And she told same thing response to your mail. But still I didn’t get any reply from her.

Still no reply from other peoples, this is way of bank peoples response to customer, same things happened before 4 years.

It’s all bank responsibility and mistakes, not from me.

Still I have not received refund my salary amount 57492, what was amount debited from my account no.1342.

As discussed in previous mail, I have explained in details regarding credit card issues.

Please let me know the status that, what amount-11030 was debited on Aug-2017 directly from my account to credit card and also cash -4200 given by hand for OTS to bank person for close and deactivate card the same, who came directly to my home. Out of balance 18500. He told that, closure letter will come to your home from bank. But we have not received letter after multiple times followed up to bank and oraly informerd to different peoples, whoever’s called from bank.even they told we will update the same then after no response from bank till another calling and asked the same details.

Same Closure letter received and Good response was there, whoever’s worked and called from personal loan and car loan session.

From credit card session no response properly and they tail to another person from 2017 to till date. Even multiple times visited to near branches in Electronic city, Kumbakonam, dharwar, Hubli. Aslo I called many times to customer care and no response from them. Even i called infornt of Mr.Manju naik and also he tried many times to customer care but no response the same. Even we called to other session peoples also but no reply for msg alao. What should I do?

As told in my previous mail, I can pay that, what was my outstanding amount in Aug 2017.

If you have any proof for that which amount I have used and purchased anything from credit card-2581 after Aug 2017. Share me the statement from Aug 2017 to till date to uvarajaking@gmail.com. even I didn’t used the amount 2300 , what was my credit limit.

Also you peoples were knowing that credit card was expired in 2019. So you can’t put extra charges for the expired card, is there any policy in RBI rules.

As i opened new salary account and login in last month, actually it was showing on date 04 may 2020 that amount was 40729, how did increased that amount to 71251 on 10 Mar 2021.

I never ever accept this such kind of your fraud and stupid charges. then how dare you debit all my salary amount 57492, if you could have hold the amount of 40729. I’ll come and solve this issues same.

I would like to close this issues, or if you peopls are not ready to do anything for this issues, I request you reply the same if you have any proof that much amount was used from your credit card.

So my credit card outstanding balance was 3300 in Aug 2017.

I request you all, kindly refund the my salary amount and need to continue your bank salary account.

Already I have send account closure form to koramangala branch for Account No.3074, that courier slip also shared to you, on 12.04.2021 I went to nearest branch in Hubli for account no.1342 closure and also I have signed in closure form and submitted the same. Please check from your end.

Again I request you all, refund the my salary amount within 2days.

Kindly revert back ASAP.
