Text of Complaint by Marina Monteiro:

Air Asia changed to Air India express without informing me. So when I tried web check in on Saturday. I got a message booking not found. Another attempt would not give me Goa as airport of departure. So I tried calling Air customer care at 7.45am. Was given a message that it would be open from 8am to 9pm. At 8.23 got a call from a number saying customer care received a missed call from my number and asked what was the problem. Asked for PNR number. Then said no one spoke English and would call back. When I got the call and asked me to download from playstore Avvaldesk app. When I checked the app I found it was an app that remote controls your mobile and desktop. So I didn’t download and blocked his number. Air Asia should have informed me or mentioned on the website to go to Air India express.
