Hi,
I am an amazon’s regular customer.This is the first I ordered for a big budget item (Amazfit smart watch).I actually ordered for my hubby’s birthday gift.when I opened the box I was totally disappointed and heart broken by seeing the wrong Watch was sent.It was worthless digital watch kind of toy watch,which I have paid about Rs.8999.
I have spoken to amazon customer care about it.with their instructions and guidance I returned the watch which I received.I am attaching the pic of the item what I received on that day.The outer box was same Amazfit’s but product was wrong.
I have no other item to return.hope you understand my words.I have been chatting and contacting customer care for more than 2 weeks. I feel like they really don’t understand what i have been going through.they stated 1-2 times that they investigated and they can’t refund.Amazon is not taking us to the higher authority whom we can discuss.pleas help me to get my money back,which is huge amount of hard earning.I actually depressed.
