This email is with reference to Airtel Netconnect Services that I opted for attending my office calls a few months ago.
Details are as follows:
The services provided by Airtel was worst. I could connect to internet only twice or thrice in a month. I had to raise complaint several times but the connectivity issue was never resolved. A person used to visit the place and leave but no improvement in the services were seen. But they were always there to call me when they had to collect the payment. Because of poor services, I ended up in taking calls from office in late night.
Fed with their behavior and lost all the hopes, I instructed them in the month of July to discontinue my services. However, they didn’t do that and kept on adding charges every month. On top of that they harass me by giving multiple call and asking for payment.
I am not entitled to make any payment because even after my multiple requests they neither improved the services nor discontinue the services. I was a fool that initially I paid them 800 to 900 INR per month for able to connect to internet 2 to 3 times in a month. Are we customers fool to pay such big amount to Airtel to be able to connect only 2 to 3 times in a month and that also with disturbance?
I am not responsible for Airtel’s irresponsibility and providing worthless services to the customer. Airtel cannot charge a customer for providing worthless services when they are charging them approx. 800 to 900 INR per month. Go and check that how many times I was able to use Airtel services in last 6 months? And then ask yourself, why a customer should pay Airtel.
Also, where were Airtel customer care when I was complaining about connectivity issues but nobody resolved it. They just say sorry and then disappear. Do I need to pay them for their sorry? They wake up only when they have to collect the payments. Are they their just to mint money from customers? What are the values Airtel is working on? Providing the worst services and minting money from customers?
Airtel has provided the worst services and harassed me for three months by giving multiple calls just asking for payment when I have already mentioned that I always had connectivity issues and instructed to discontinue my services. Instead of me paying to Airtel, Airtel should pay me the amount.
