I traveled from chennai to coimbatore with Sri SM travels. 1. They changed their boarding point at the last moment and I had to walk 1 1/2 KM to reach out. 2. They supposed to drop me at Kovaipudur by 6:30 am. But they reached Gandhipuram at 8:00 am. The worst part is that we had to get down at Gandhi puram as they have to drop some one at a place which is not their in dropping list. Few middle aged also got down and we had to arrange some other transportation to reach our place.
Worst customer service. Please do the needful so that it will not happen again to others. These services should be stopped perhaps.
