We booked ac bus from aruppukottai to chennai. But not came on time it was delayed by 2 hours. Actually time was 9.50pm they mentioned bus will come at 10.50pm but we were waiting more then an hour along with 1year baby. When we called driver number they are not giving respect they spoke rudely.
Bus image shown in the app is totally different and bus we travelled was totally different AC is not working and bus was not clean feeling bad for choosing this worst bus. Our chosen dropping point was Ashok pillar but they are not allowed to dropped there. When we ask for it they are not giving respect. They are treated like animals. Their words are not mindful. Both driver and cleaner speaking behaviour was so rude. We paid our own money to travel in the bus. But that respect they are not giving. Really we were hurted not only we. All the co-traveller also experience the same thing. Be do action otherwise we will reach out to legal notice with court.
