Service are barred due to previous operator MNP which the final and prorated bill was due, there was no reminder or intimation form both previous and current network, and my services is barred, when i called customer care they said that my outstanding bill has to be cleared to resume my services, the very next day i cleared my dues and it is been 3 days still my services are not active and i had called customer care more than 10 times, every time i have to explain them the scenario and at the end i get a answer that it will be active in 4 hours, the is what i am hearing from 3 days from customer care. seriously this has damaged my business, my customers and my good will due to communication.
