am facing a problem with Tata Sky since 25 days…but they are unable to fix my problem till date…
now I have made a fresh complain on 29.05.2020…after that I have talked to their representative several time…they told me due to restrictions of Covid they are taking time…
but today i.e 01.06.2020 when I called them to know status of my complain their representative told me as per their record my problem has been resolved when non of their technician called me or visit my place…
more over I am not at my place since Saturday…please resolve the issue
