TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
On 16th August 2020 myself Neeraj Kumar Dubey gave an online request for a new xtream fiber connection. A surveyor came on 17th august 2020 for all the formalities. I shared the formalities and co-operated with him. I asked for a 6 months subscription for which i paid via an AIRTEL link shared by the surveyor. At 14.03 pm i received a msg ” your airtel account/DSL 9839518414 bill payment txn id 817511455 of Rs 5234 has been initiated”. Again at 14.20 pm same date i received another msg “dear customer Your airtel product payment txn id :817511455 of Rs 5234.0 is processed successfully”. There was no response after 24 hours then i called the airtel customer care executive and got the reply that installation will be done within next 24 hours and sorry for the inconvenience. But nothing happened accordingly then i made a call again and got the same reply every time. I waited patiently but nothing was solved.During this process i asked several times about my connection feedback and confirmation about my fixed line, then a msg was sent on my registered mobile no 09839518414 ” Thank you for contacting us. The request no. for your Air tel X stream Fiber/Fixed line ID 05514000319 is 121000732″ and a link was shared to track the status. I tracked my status through the link and found that it will be resolved on 21st august 2020 by 17.30 pm. But when i checked the status on 21st August nothing happened as per the expected time. I again made a call several times but could not get a proper feedback from customer care executive then i requested to transfer the call to a senior executive. Senior executive mentioned that installation will be done by Saturday i.e., 22nd August 2020 within half working day hours, but as usual nothing happened. Still with a patience i inquired about it several times from customer care executive and heard the same that installation will be done within next 24 hours.

I think AIRTEL has nothing to do with customers time and service. I think i have paid the money for calling and inquiring about the connection. Does company is responsible for my social and mental harassment. I am fed up of the answers to my problem.
