Sir
    I PRABHUDUTTA RAY BEARING THE AIRTEL CONNECTION NUMBER  9163964437 DRAW YOU ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT I HAD PURCHASED AN AIRTEL 3G DONGLE FROM KAKURGACHI AIRTEL STORE IN THE YEAR OF 2015. I AM USING IT VERY SMOOTHLY BUT I UPGRADE MY SIM TO 4G AND DURING THE TIME OF UPGRADATION I AM ASKING YOU, EMPLOYEE, THAT THIS SIM WILL WORK SMOOTHLY WITH 3G DONGLE THEY ARE SAYING IT IS WILL WORKED.
BUT NOW THIS SIM WILL NOT ALLOW TO ACCESS INTERNET FACILITY SO I RUSHED TO THE KAKURGACHI CENTER FOR THE PROBLEMS BUT THEY ARE SAYING I NEED TO PURCHASED THE NEW 4G DONGLE AGAIN.
I TOLD THEM TO PROVIDE SOME EXCHANGE OFFER AND DISCOUNT SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE TE NEW ONE. BUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE LADY STAFF IS VERY WORST. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO MEET WITH THE CENTER MANAGER THEY ARE SAYING YOU ARE NOT ALLOW TO MEET WITH CENTER MANAGER
SIR, NOW YOU TELL ME  HOW MANY DONGELS I KEPT WITH ME WITH THE UPGRADATION OF AIRTEL NETWORK. KINDLY PROVIDE SOME DISCOUNT OPTION AND TAKE MY 3G DONGLE AND PROVIDE ME THE NEW 4G DONGLE. OTHERWISE, I AM SUFFERING VERY MUCH WITH NEW UPGRADE 4G SIM AND WITH 3G DONGLE.
