I have recently migrated from Idea to Airtel (Postpaid) and the signal quality is pathetic indoor. I tried calling 121 and talk to an executive but there is no way to talk to a person. The IVRS has preset audio instructions or redirecting to Airtel app which is equally awkward. App just collect the random data and registers the complaint but no one called regarding the signal issue in the last 3 days.
When the basic services quality are is being met, you cant charge the customer. I need an answer from Airtel immediately or requesting consumer court to help me going back to Idea network.
