Text of Complaint by Mohana:

I have recharged for 169 on 29 December the pack avail for 28 day.After 14 days the packages got expired.I contacted customer care first they said this pack is for 11 days nd again i try to connect with custmore care executive they tranfer the call to senior per basdev yadav really he is worst senior i have even seen he said we will active the pack etc etc ….But nothing happen on next day i again try to contact this people but that time they fail to give solution to my problem and said your pack is for only 14 days u have to recharge again to contunie ur services….This is how they cheat the people…..I really suggest people not to have airtel connection at any cost…..
