One of the worst companies and worst service of AC …Within 3 year so many issues and their engineers who came for service they damaged the ac parts and demanded for money..Useless and worthless brand. Apart from the poor installation experience done by an inexperienced team, the split AC has started leaking water within 3 days of installation. We have been suffering with the AC for 3 years and this AC has never worked properly. Every summer season I was complaining for the same.
More than 100 times complaint raised, more than 8 time gas filled, one time cooling coil changed, 1 time compressor changed, 1 time plc changed but stil not working even we’ve extended warranty from company itself till july 2024. Now they started to avoid our complaint. Please change my product as I am suffering from 3 years still it’s not in working condition just a model hanging on my wall.
