Respected Sir
I am the one of your customers,Ravi Rathor who installed the setup box before 4 years ago,till now this is my 3rd setup box that you had changed just because of some technical problem by your side,it is not my fault but every time i have paid money again and again whether it was your service charge or other charges.From last one week there was same problem is arising and some channel are breaking signal or some pictures are sticking while running i called to customer service number and they said to me again same thing that ,raise a issue and filled a complaint to send a technician in your home. once again he will come,solve the problem for short period and charges money,i have to be paid this time also,if i m not wishes. I am not belongs to rich family so that i would have paid again and again ₹300,₹200 or sometimes more than ₹500 twice in a year. This is not the right thing to do that when i installed that box and till now it is not working properly.
Now, It is enough for me,Please take corrective action in that matter else i switched to other DTH service provider and will tell my friends and neighbours that Tata Sky provides worst services so please you can go other DTH service provider like Dish Tv,Airtel etc.
