Text of Complaint by Ranjan kumar:

I have been using airtel postpaid since 6 years. Yesterday i visited airtel showroom to ask about unbilled amount. That fellow cleared my unbilled amount & immediately converted my connection into postpaid to prepaid without my permission. Very worst services.
