Go Mechanic (I have lost my Trust)
Reason – I have given my car for servicing at Go Mechanic Vashi Bodyshop on 6th Aug 2022, they have done thorough inspection of the vehicle and pointed out additional problem in starter along with suspension (Rear & Front) + Car Steering, I am mentioning specifically there was no problem in my car gear & neither any problem was notified by Go mechanic team at time of inspection, total 39,000/- charged from me for their specified servicing.
Prior to handing over of my vehicle to Go mechanic Bodyshop my car gears were very smooth and working properly moreover when vehicle was handed over post servicing it is noticed that gears were not smooth specially 2nd gear, when this is notified to Dhiraj Jadhav he immediately get defensive about this and shared that Go Mechanic is liable and give warranty for specific servicing they have done and since gear was not in the service plan they are not liable for any other issue in car, I was taken aback by such response….moreover when I argued on who will be liable for addon damage to my car which out of job work preview during the period my car was in possession of their authorized workshop he has no answer and he asked for more time till today evening to align solution with his national sales head (Who is seemingly busy in meeting for full day)
Note – I have gone for this extensive servicing as I have long journey ahead with my family, I have given freehand to Go Mechanic Team for estimation and paid in full in return I got a crippled car with a new problem, I am worried about safety of my family I drive this car without proper servicing or else I have to bear additional cost of Heired vehicle if Go Mechanic team doesn’t provide timely solution (Chances of which seems very bleak in present situation)
I will take it up in social media and consumer forum if proper solution in not provided immediately or if there will be delay in resolution.
