I booked ticket 1 month prior to get all the things on place. Suddenly they change the time at it was delayed 1:55 hrs from the given time.
I called customer service for rebooking or switching in another flight the executive said will get and not have to pay extra charges after that when I asked to do they where asking for the huge amount because the flight is delayed 1:55 hrs not 2 for hours, purposely they have done this they have kept the flight 5 mins early because their policy says if it is 2 hrs den only without cost rebooking is allowed
As have done booking through akbar travels, they are also doing follow up but Go Air doesn’t have any kind of courtesy do even reply on the email. They are reverting on email once in 12 hours. Worst kind of service they are offering to the customer.
And I hope after this they will try to connect with me and resolve the issues.
