Respected sir ,
It been one year since i were using airtel broadband for my work …. In every 15 to 20 days there is. Issue of lost connection when i call service provider they assured me that service will be resume by night or by evening …… At night first of all they don’t pick up phone … If the pick up phn by chance they again tell me the same story of connection will be resume by night by evening

I have been frustrated with this issue …. Plz resolve or take your connection back …..

Here in varanasi regional head mr bala …. When i call him he put me on different call to service engineer mr. Nitin … Nitin put me to line work …. I am not here to call them and told them problem each time …..its been more than three day since i called for service ….this is my sar ticket id 10024561820…
If it is possible make my connection repair or back my security money ….. I don’t want such type of service where custone need to beg for service each time
