1. I ordered food in this ONDC app via Paytm, and the amount got deducted but the order was not placed, so I lost the money.
2. I selected 2 items to order and paid for the 2 items but only one item got listed in the ordered list.
there is no such help available to solve the issues properly. day by day thousands of people lose their money.
i request to take action on this issues
