Text of Complaint by Nevil Patel:

I bought a product Mivi Commando Z7 – White. After buying, few months later I faced a problem where Buds were not getting charged even the caser was fully charged. I raised a complain and get repaired but Mivi in Warranty. After 2 months I got same problem again then I again sent it to Mivi and they repaired and returned. Just after 1.5 Month I’m facing same problem. But now I can’t send it to the company. Because in the form warranty claim, it isn’t showing my device name. And I’m not even able to contact the Mivi support using their Email or Phone number they mentioned on their official website.
