Text of Complaint by bijay kumar nayak:

I am a subscriber to videocon D2h ,My Tv signal is not coming since 3.5.19 and i have been calling to the customer care for more than 30 times .every time same mugged up languages from customer care ,we are sorry for the matter and lodging your complain again and our engineer will resolve your problem in 24/96 hrs.i have kept the recordings of my call ,even calls have lasted for 45 minutes and at last they disconnect the phone without saying anything.I have also recharged as per their first advise though i had balance.cricket world cup is going on but we are not able to see any channel.non of the engineers have visited yet.so i want legal action against the company.
