Worst service by jio fiber
I activated my jio fiber services on 24/04/2022 in masjid banda kondapur. I observe too many drops in internet speed, which i was able manage. But on May 04 9.00pm i started seeing red light in router, i tried all the trouble shooting options available in Myjio app, i logged service request at 9.47 pm and i get engineer visit date for May 7, which means i have to be without internet for 3 days during WFH Phase, which really sad for company like this.
Next morning i called customer care around 11.47, he said no engineer is assigned so he will be logging a new service request and he logged one and said engineer will visit around 1 to 2 pm on May 04, Which never happened.
After this i called around 6 to 7 times to customer support with no help, only one message i get we have escalated your request, worst part is even till evening 8 pm no engineer is assigned to the service request.
Here is the best part if you want disconnect the service then process will take 24 workdays.
Never ever take there services, if there is a issue you have to wait for 3days to get it sorted out during WFH Phase.
Plans look attractive but you will suffer once you get connected, interface of the jio tv app is worst, Better go with some other provider
