Dear sir/Madam,
I booked a LG washing machine on 8 th September 2023 via Flipkart.. As I did not get any message or confirmation mail for out for delivery , I called flipkart several times the next day.. Every executive assured me that the slot has been changed… But then I not got message of out for delivery.. Then I requested the Flipkart customer officer till 11th September Today flipkart has automatically cancelled my order id-OD329104746612578100. Also my 150 super coins are not refunded by flipkart..it’s been several times that I called flipkart, but ever time I’m getting the same reply that my please again book the Washing machine… But what about the discounts… Will I get it in same price? Plus the harassment I’ve gone through all this is horrible..
This is not a first time my cancelled order details,
1) Nextron Stabilizer 2 nos and paste july 16th 2023 (Order ID – OD328638027142840100) totally 3 items,
2) Nextron Stabilizer 2 nos and paste july 22th 2023(Order ID – OD328685142244772100) totally 3 items, But I have got the stabilizer and the app is showing that it has become cancelled and thus I am not have invoice copy There is nothing I can do if there is a warranty issue
3) Voltas washing machine 4th August 2023(Order ID – OD328802390886064100),
4) LG washing machine 8th September 2023(Order ID – OD329104746612578100)
Due to this I am becoming a person of great stress and I need to find a suitable solution for this……
