it’s very bad service from Airtel, I never expected this. You stopped customer care also, where should I give complaint.
i have requested for broadband shifting with in the city , I raised the request on 15 Aug 2020 #120809184 and my land Number is 04048590818. One service guy came and checked for available ports near my home, and he said he need 24hrs to fix it, it’s been 48 hrs but still no response, he is not responding to my calls also, if I call from different number he is lifting So intentional he is avoiding to pick my calls which is unfair, if he have any problem he can discuss with me but simply not picking the phone doesn’t give Any solution, these all issue happening because Airtel stopped customer care , if any customer faces problem where he should give complaint??? It’s very bad idea by Airtel, really I don’t recommend to any one from now. His number +91 79-77965720
