purchased my first second hand car for my family.
after a day I thought to get its service done so I searched online because due to lockdown nothing was working except GO MECHNIC ( Som Car Service) around me. An good reputated company with a good and clean service record until this time. Last time I got my swift serviced in chandigarh and it was good there the GO MECHANIC earn a great trust and a customer. But, here I reached at the service centre near Mohan Nagar in Sahibabad industrial area, GHAZIABAD. They scanned the vehicle properly and told me a that it will cost you 32,500/- so It was shocking for me but after thinking for my family I told to go for it, in which the spoke person Mr. Deepak said during the conversation that we will be going for standard service the mid option between the 3 options and we will see the ac in that amount for you. I was asked to come tomorrow in the evening but after 3 days in emergergy when I want my car the person said that you will get your car by next day in morning because the vehicle is wet from inside and the washing is still undone from outside. I was a bit shocked that fater so many days still the car is not ready and he commited to give the car on the next day of evening and its 3rd day and the car is not ready . Next day( day 4), He said you will get it by today evening but in the evening when nothing is working out good, I thought to take my car without getting cleaned from outside. I took my car from service station after one day I noticed the ac is not working properly and few of the small things. I went there again next day to get some faults fixed by the mechanic. When I told the mechanic about the AC, HE SAID THAT your service for the AC was undone. I was heavily shocked because after 3 days when the drove the vehicle They experience was so pathetic from no where I was not looking that the ac is working, the car is dry cleaned. I cleaned my car today from inside and outside and when I rubbed the brush on the seats on my car heavy dust very heavy dust came out because the car was not dry cleaned and the amount added 0f 1000/- is false.Problem was getting fixed during that time, me and my friend Surya went for a test drive of a vehicle which was there for sale, that white diesel ford figo. I was driving when we came back I forget to take my phone from that car. I got out and started talking to the mechanic about my car. I was checking my vehicle and telling mechanic about the faults. We both got out from that service station after 15-20 minute with my vehicle and without the phone which I left inside that white ford figo. when I reached nearby my home I started searching my phone then I realised that I lost my phone in that car. I called the person Deepak from my friend’s mobile and told about the incident and I told him that I am coming and you please check. That time my phone was ON, phone was ringing. When I was about to reached near the service station the phone got switched OFF. Then the entire workshop was searched by some people of the workshop to show drama but they did’t checked properly. Nothing happened so I thought to register an FIR againt the workshop so I went at the police station MOHAN NAGAR, GHAZIABAD to register an FIR against the WORKSHOP and the GO MECHANIC for stolen of my phone, for attaching with false workshop and misguiding the customer & providing bad customer service. I had a very good image of GO MECHANIC in my mind until this incident. The service, the experience, overall I was very disappointing with all the things.
