Flipkart is having worst Service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.I had ordered one product and there was delay in delivering the product and after a time being i received a different product and defected too. Then i raised a complaint with customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day will do the needful, but i didn’t get any resolution from support team. I raised one more complaint on that same issue then i got call from flipkart backend team and they asked me to cancle the order. Even though i am a Flipkart Pluse member, but still coming across this issue again and again. This is 3rd times happened with me.Even i asked backend team to connect me with there senior team or escalation team, but Still didnot get a satisfactory answer . This is how customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issue.Could anyone please let me know how can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these Frontend, Backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.
