I have been using a Airtel postpaid DTH black connection till last Saturday. Someone from Airtel spoke to me about broadband and made me apply for broadband saying it will be done by 24 hours. They did some bundling and disbundling and post that my DTH is not working as it changed to prepaid. I have made advance payment for next month too and the installation charge for broadband as they said only then service can be activated. No one from broadband team spoke to me or visited my place for 1 week though their maximum resolution till is 72 hours, and promise was less than 24 hours. I have raised some 7-8 complaints post that with customer care and also requested to speak to supervisor as call taking staff was not doing enough but not got a single call back by supervisor or technical team which was promised in every call as they said it’s some technical issue. The ask is very simple, to change my connection to Airtel Black DTH + 3 POSTPAID and cancel my broadband connection request.
I was frusturated today due to the worst service and asked for disconnection.Surprisingly i got a all back asking whether they can disconnect. Never expected such a fast disconnection response for a 17 year customer of Airtel. You can check the call logs of every call i made. I am attaching the last recording screenshot as only image can be attached and I have a 1.5 hour call recording with Airtel team waiting for supervisor. The kind of Airtel service being offered to what they commit is highly irrelevant and not for what a customer pays. This is the worst service for a privileged customer what they say
