my father using a airtel sim card which i took with my documents, he is using it because of iam in abroad. he had face emergency calls only every time while this cause he removed sim and insert it 3-4 times after it will work fine, after 2 -3 minuts its goes same problem emergency calls only or no network. then he decide to go nearest airtel store located in valanchery malappuram my father reached the store and give it to the store executive and he told it happening because of sim software missing. okay , and he said duplicate sim not possible while sim owner not in the country , so we decide to change the so, owner ship from my name to father name , also he said it will take maximum 4 days , after 4 days i called the store executive number (9995123123) for the status of sim card but he not answer, my father and me called loads of time but not answer, after my father went again to store then store executive said it will take 2 more days,okay, after 2 days i called the store executive again but not attend phone calls also i messaged his through whatsapp he rading it but no response, what i do right now,? how airtel provide good service for their customer with this kind of irresponsible bloody store executive.? store details. koori agencies malappuram valachery
