I had good hope in airtel but too bad service specially in airtel thanks app and customer service.. i had recharged for 598 in airtel thanks app and money deducted from my account but till now no recharge had been done to my no.called customer care many times but no use.. now i am going port my sim to other network.. all my family members total 11 users we are porting to other network.. worst airtel thanks app
