Greetings,
It has been more than 7 years i am with airtel however this is the time i should change to some other network due to very unprofessional service and worst issue resolution process.
Due to low network strength i have logged many incidents but i didn’t even hear one time from the support about the updates on those.
When i requested for the MNP, one of the executive asked to me stick to the airtel and assured he can help me improving the services which made me thinking about giving it another chance, i decided to convert the postpaid to prepaid to be with airtel for the time being, Executive assured me it will take less than an hour to switch it to prepaid but it took almost 10 hours to re-start the network services,
Even after re-charge from Internet/Retailer it was continuously failing now my money is still stuck in your server(DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND).
I AM REALLY PISSED OF FROM AIRTEL SERVICES.
Suggestion: Improve your single point of contact(i.e Customer Care) and respect everyone’s availability because there is nothing more valuable then Time.
