I booked a rapido at 10.45, when I reached the location I saw the rider had brought another vehicle different from what was mentioned on the app. Anyhow I started the trip but felt very uncomfortable with him as he was riding very badly and trying to take his own route in small lanes rather than the route which was mentioned. During the trip he suddenly decided to take a left turn in some lane and dropped the bike, because of which I got hurt on my knees and hands and also twisted my ankle. This was a very bad experience
