Respected Sir,
After reaching agreement with Neeraj Singh Barna I placed an order from Barna Sports for Commercial purpose Gym Equipments. (Barna Sport Address: 222, road, Nahal, Jalandhar, Punjab 144002 ,)Phone: 062831 00199) on 14th November 2019.
Sir, My orders are Thigh Abductor,Super Squat and Lat Pull down and as he promised genuine quality as he shwn in Photos , so i agreed and paid him Rs 75000 .
But Barna Sports owner Neeraj Singh Barna gave me worst equipment i have ever seen.
He Promised 12 Gauge , ISI marked frame but gave me16 gauge of worst Quality Frame instead. Sir , 16 gauge is useless,its very bad even for Home gym purpose.
Respected Sir, I am very sad and depressed as the money I spend is a loan from SBI for my new gym set up. I am just a musterroll worker who only earn Rs 15000 per day and half of my salary has been deducted by SBI every month since August 2019.
Dear Sir, it is my humble request to you to please take a quick action in this matter . I will be very thankful and happy if you could register the case and have me get back the money.
