I purchased a product from the website HarmonShirts.in, and I am very disappointed with both the product quality and their customer service. The shirt I received was of very poor quality and did not match the description shown on their website.
I requested a refund, but there has been no response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and the website. This experience feels like a waste of money, and the company appears to be ignoring customer concerns.
I request that proper action be taken against HarmonShirts.in for misleading customers and failing to provide refunds for defective products.
