Hello Airtel
I & all my family members have been using Airtel’s services for the past several years and Airtel had not disappointed us yet but since September 19 internet speed has become very slow in my locality where earlier I was getting an average 5-8 Mbps speed. Now after 19 September, an average 100 kbps speed is got during the day and after 8 pm at night, not getting speed at all.
I have recharged both of my Airtel SIMs, especially I had recharged to watch IPL on Hotstar, but so far I have not been able to watch the entire even a single match due to the constant buffering.
I have also called on the complaint helpline no. several times in this regard, but I have received only the assurance instead of the solution.
If I do not get the solution as soon as possible, I hope that even after using Airtel services for so many years, you will definitely understand my compulsion to turn towards another telecom company.
