WORST NETWORK EVER FACED.Charged 280Rs for Hello Tunes. But i am unable to use the service due to netwrk error since 3 4 mnth. All customer care executive are avoiding my calls by saying you wil get revert from within 24 hr, Some time they say 48hours. This is the way they stay and ignore my issue by making fake promise.

WORST NETWORK EVER FACED.I have been Charged 280Rs in February month 2020 for Hello Tunes. But i am unable to use the service due to netwrk error since 3 4 mnth. All customer care executive are avoiding my calls by saying you wil get revert from ourside within 24 hr, Some time they say 48hours. This is the way they say and ignore my issue by making fake promise. I remember few names and have call recording of those fake promises made by airtel customer care executive. And i am uploading 1image that was given me last time by saying you will get calls within 48hrs. Its been 3days no 1 have even messaged me regarding issue forget about doing call.
Please help me in this matter.
