Hi,
I have been having reliance jio connection since last 3 years. I have been having network connection problems since day one. I waited an year and nothing changed. On complaining them about network, I was told that they are soon going to install a network tower in nearby area. Having said that, the issue hasn’t been resolved while the plan prices keeps on increasing. When they cannot provide good service to the customers then they dont have any right to raise the price on the plan. I am here to file a complaint against reliance jio for their worst network service in jamnagar village areas. They are just looting the customers money while providing worst network service.
