Text of Complaint by Urvashi Sabalpara:

  1. I have registered for gtpl broadband, router is still not connected after 10 days.. they are also saying that no refunds and cancellation will be allowed after payment.. everytime after calling gtpl customer service, they say please be tension free, we will see, after 10 days they sent me message today that we will complete the connection process in next 7 working days.. they are not refunding the money, not installing a router and not giving proper answer .. worst system ever i have seen uptil now. Please kindly make them refund the payment if they are unable to give service in given time
