Hi I am a new JioFiber customer, facing internet issues as the wire outside premises was disturbed because of heavy winds. Raised a ticket SR00001BI0GU on 11-June-2022 and no technician turned up at scheduled time till now – without informing or notifying me they have rescheduled the slots – till now they are just rescheduling but no service engineer visits to fix the issue – I don’t understand what is the point of giving time slot to customer when the technicians don’t turn up at the scheduled time.
I had bad experience of missed appointments even on the installation day – it’s just couple of weeks after installation – same issue:(
Fed up with Jio service – will my issue be resolved or not don’t know what to expect… seems I am paying for NO-USAGE-ONLY-INTERNET-SERVICE from Jio.
I will never recommend jiofiber to any one. Worst technical service:(
