Dear team.

From past 5 days we are facing network and internet issues in our location

Regarding this we raised the complaint nobody is responding

As per customer care conversation they are telling It will take 6 month to resolve this issue

Basically I am using jio network from so many years , I took work from home and daily I am getting 100 of office calls

I am very disappointed with this service, please take up with issue with management
Kindly resolve as soon as possible
