JIO fiber was installed a month ago. From that day, quality is very bad. Audio and Video never synch. Raised several complaints and after 10 days they came and replaced the box. The problem still persist. They made us pay for 3 months in advance and providing 3rd class service. Worst ever service engineers and their behavior’s. I have written so many complaint emails and they have a standard response. When i as for refund as I am not able to use their service properly, they say that it is post paid and they cant refund. I am paying extra for DTH along with this. Channels keep buffering, video and audio will not synch. I told them that i am going to raise the complaint in Consumer forum and even then they are not bothered. Please take strict action them who is taking money and providing worst service. Kindly get my money refunded with interest. Not sure why am i penalized for there problems. If they are so incompetent, then better let them accept and stop their services to customers.
