the Shantibai Cable Network or SCN internet service provider is most pathetic service provider. The internet doesn’t work most of the time in a month. When called to ask for the issue they do not receive calls and when they do they give evasive answer. Our entire neighborhood is affected by their worst services and communication skills. Worst thing is they have monopoly in this area where other internet service provider cannot enter. Such thing shall outright be investigated.
